ARMED AND UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS
First Coast Security has over 500 Officers throughout Florida assigned to physical security of which over 120 Officers work in an armed
capacity. Our experience and expertise is in every discipline in physical security such as :
- Gated Communities - FCS is the largest provider of premier gated communities in North Florida with over 12 partnerships. Many of these
communities are residences of professional athletes, celebrities, high ranking military and government officials. The primary function is
the entry control to these properties. In addition to this requirement, physical security patrols are conducted to those areas identified
as an at risk target including homes, buildings, marinas, golf courses, tennis courts and harbor lock systems. FCS has experience and
knowledge of many types of gate access control software. As an added value, FCS owns radar speed carts that we place on
common property to deter speeding.
- Government - FCS has partnered with local government to protect assets, courthouses, libraries and public buildings through access control,
package screening, x-ray, magnetometers, and the use of hand held wands.
- Military Installations - First Coast Security is a Department of Defense registered contractor. Through multiple contracts with the military
and Department of Defense FCS has experience handling many types of firearms, performing vehicle searches, protecting military assets, access
control to bases, and dispatch to military police.
- Commercial - FCS has partnerships with many corporations providing security and safety too many class-A high-rises and corporate campuses. We
also partner with corporations providing closed circuit monitoring and surveillance, badging, and access control through various computer systems.
We also monitor and respond to Code Blue emergency call boxes and staff console operations.
- Colleges/Universities - FCS has the experience to handle unique environments like college campuses. Our officers are trained on the Jeanne
Clery Act and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act so they understand the importance of thorough investigations and concise report writing.
Through these partnerships we have specialized training in Active Shooter on Campus performed with local law enforcement, and Lockdown Campus
Drills. Upon request, FCS officers can be certified to carry tasers as a non-lethal weapon.
- Hospitals/Health Care Facilities - FCS has the training to handle specialized health care environments. Our officers are trained in responding to
emergency alert calls and know how to deal with high pressure situations.
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PATROL SERVICES
 First Coast Security’s fleet of vehicles patrolling communities and commercial properties
serves as a highly visible deterrent to criminal activities, rendering vehicle assistance, performing house checks, traffic control, and various
covenant enforcement functions. In certain communities our officers are certified on radar and can issue speeding and stop sign violations. In
addition our commercial patrols provide alarm response, and on-call protection to ATM technicians.
- Random Patrols - FCS provides a service where a patrol vehicle is shared amongst many customers. Our patrol will visit a site randomly and
serve as a deterrent and perform various other functions such as door lock checks, lighting and irrigation reports, and parking enforcement.
- Vehicles - All of FCS vehicles are professionally striped and marked. They also have a full light bar on top. Our vehicles are washed weekly and
detailed once a year. They are well maintained and thoroughly inspected at each shift. FCS understands the importance of image and maintaining
the highest level of professionalism. We can provide cars, SUVs, trucks, golf carts or ATVs to meet customers' needs.
- Equipment - Our vehicles can be equipped with the any of the following: laptop with wireless card, AED, spotlights, air compressors, road flares,
emergency cones, and jumper boxes. FCS can customize a vehicle to meet any specifications.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
First Coast Security places concierges who assist building owners and their tenants with: arranging travel plans; provide
information to guests; coordinate special events; schedule meetings and conference rooms; set appointments; and coordinate transportation. |
