Bland Cologne Owner/President |
Bland has over 30 years experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and safety services. Bland began his career as a
police officer with the City of Falls Church Virginia Police Department. He continued as a Staff Instructor with the Northern
Virginia Criminal Justice Academy. Later he became a Special Agent with the United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service
(NCIS).; Bland later became the Director of Corporate Security & Safety for American Express Travel Related Services and
Citistreet before starting Brandon & Associates; an investigative firm specializing in insurance claims management. In 1999
he established First Coast Security.
Education: Bachelor of Science - American University, DC; George Washington University Graduate Studies Forensic
Science; Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy; Federal Law Enforcement Training Center; and National School for Bank Security.

Earle Ginn Senior Vice President |
Earle has 33 years of experience in contract security, beginning his security career in 1977 with Enforcement Security
Corporation. In 1995 advanced to the position of General Manager for Wells Fargo Guard Services in Gainesville, Florida. Promoted in
1998 to District Manager for Burns International in Jacksonville, Gainesville and Lakeland, Florida and then Area Operations Manager
for the Southeast Business Unit for Securitas USA. Accepted the position of Director of Operations and Marketing at First Coast Security
in June 2003 and in July 2004 was named Company Vice-President and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2008.
Professional Certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP) - ASIS International; Certified Level III -
Homeland Security - The American Board for Certification; and Private Security Coordinator - Security Communications Assistance
Network (SCAN) Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Chris Austin Vice President |
Chris has 16 years in the security industry. Chris began his career in 1994 with Brink’s Armored Car. In 1996 he
was promoted to Branch Manager for the Jacksonville district. In 1997 he was promoted to City Manager in Orlando and in 2000 he was
promoted to District Manager for the South Eastern United States becoming the youngest person to hold that position. In 2007 Chris
came to work with First Coast Security as the Business Development Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2008.
Education: Bachelor of Administration - Finance, University of North Florida.

Angelo Baggs Director of Personnel |
Angelo has 29 years combined military and security experience. Angelo began his career by enlisting in the United States
Marine Corps from 1979-1993. His security career began in 1994 with Wells Fargo Guard Service as a dispatcher. In 1999 he was promoted
to Scheduling Manager and two years later promoted to Branch Manager. In 2003 Angelo joined First Coast Security as Account Manager for
Government Services and shortly after was promoted to Director of Operations.
Education: Andrew Jackson HS, Marine Corps Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Training and various management training
courses.

John Morissette Lead Field Supervisor/Trainer |
John has over 17 years of law enforcement and security experience. John began his career as a Deputy Sheriff in Maine for
the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office. Later he became the Corrections Supervisor. In 2002 with a vast knowledge of security
and public safety John opened his training company named JNM Safety & Security Consulting. John came to work for First Coast Security
in 2009 and quickly rose through the Ranks to Lead Field Supervisor & Trainer.
Education: Bachelor of Science - Criminal Justice, University of Maine; and EMT Central Maine Technical Institute.

Michelle Hendrix
Director of Finance |
| Michelle has 10 years of financial experience within the contract security industry. She was a member of the United States Marine Corps from 1992-1996. In 2000, she began working with Burns International Security Services in the Accounting Department and in 2003 she joined the First Coast Security Team as the Administrative Manager and was promoted to Director of Finance in 2008. |

Tracie Hampton Bethea
Human Resources Specialist |
After attending the University of South Carolina with studies in Psychology and Education, Tracie began her professional career with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice in 2003 working as Program Assistant and Administrative Specialist. After relocating to Jacksonville in 2007, Tracie joined the First Coast Security Team as our Human Resources Specialist.
